Scope of Work

J. F. Fischer, Inc. (JFF) performed a complete refurbishment of Roof Top Units (RTU) serving numerous tenant apartments and common areas which included: supply and return fan walls, new floor coating, new drain pans and dampers, interior wall lining, variable frequency drive (VFD) control for fans, controls and humidifier. JFF replaced the rooftop ductwork that had failed with a factory built modular ductwork system with a solid PVC outer jacket to prevent future leaks. Condensing boilers were installed in the basement to serve the WSHP condenser water loop. The rebalanced system is now served by a newly rebuilt RTU. All work was performed with no tenant interruption of service.
